We started out of a ShoeBox, evangelizing the benefits of traditional wet-shaving, educating lost generations of shavers and selling products.
We're growing on the Internet now but in keeping with our background we'll strive to maintain our ShoeBox values: Personable service & top-notch products.
We'll do our best to fill and ship your order within
two business days of receipt.
We offer two shipping options: USPS Priority Mail and
USPS Ground. Please use the Pull-Down Menu on the Check-Out
page to select your preferred shipping option. USPS Priority
is the default.
Currently, we are set up to ship within USA only.
We hope to have international shipping setup on the check-out page in near future, in the meantime, out of
country customer's can contact us by email to arrange an order.
Please be advised that we will absolutely, positively
NOT put any fraudulent information on a postal custom's form. Don't even ask.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
We can not accept the return of any used item.
We will accept the return of any new product found to be defective upon arrival. We will also accept the return of any product that, upon arrival and examination, you are simply unsatisfied with. We are unable to accept the return of books, CDs, special-ordered or personalized items.
All merchandise returns must be in as-received, unused condition, in the original package and any existing factory seals must be intact. Returned merchandise must be received no later than 10 days from date of purchase.
Due to the possibility of contamination and our inability to confirm that the product is "unused" we are unable to accept the return of soaps, creams, lotions or toiletries which do not have a secure tamper-proof package seal or those items whose seal has been removed.
We will not accept the return of items purchased and returned because the scent is not the scent prefered. Please email so that we may send a scent swatch if uncertain.
All items may be returned within 10 days if they are unused in the original packaging. You must e-mail our office to let us know if you plan to return or exchange a product. After 10 days, we cannot accept any merchandise for exchange or credit.
Return Shipping is at Buyer's Expense.

Many of the products offered by us include specific warranties offered by their individual manufacturers. Warranty replacements and/or repairs are the responsibility of those manufacturers. Should you require warranty service, we will try assist you in any way possible to obtain service from any manufacturer, however the terms of the applicable manufacturer's warranty must guide the process.
